Study: relax for a few minutes stimulates memory

I found a study conducted in the United Kingdom to turn a blind eye and relax for a few minutes may be the best way to stimulate memory.

In the research, researchers asked "University of Ondberh" Scotland, a small group of middle-aged participants, consisting of both sexes, remember as much detail as to two of the stories after listening to them.

He asked a group of participants take a short break and blind their eyes and relax in a dark room for ten minutes, while the remaining group entrusted other tasks include Note the differences in some pictures.

The researchers found that relaxation briefly sharpen memory of the first team, which reminds many of the details of the stories heard by the stimulus and the effect lasted throughout the entire week. The study confirms what I found previous research that the best ways to retrieve the memory, for all age groups, is to relax for a few minutes, they also found evidence that the impact may continue for a longer period.

It is noteworthy that previous research study, published in the May / May last year, found that saturated and trans fats may affect the brain leads to women of contracting weak cognitive and memory problems with the passage of time.

Specialists recommend eating fish on an ongoing basis to protect against symptoms of memory loss, partially or fully, in addition to stimulate the brain and thinking.
