Know the sources of iron to avoid anemia






Is iron deficiency anemia of the most common types of anemia, what are the sources of iron in foods to avoid anemia?

And iron plays a key role in the formation of hemoglobin in the blood, and myoglobin in the muscles, both of which carries oxygen to the cells and animal sources of iron:

 - Meat of mammals, birds, fish, liver, eggs.

And plant sources of iron: legumes Calfasolaa beans, soybeans, lentils, lentils, green leafy vegetables like spinach and mallow, artichoke molasses, dried fruits, nuts.
